Hitchhiking would be the cheapest, but not especially safe. Try RyanAir.com and EasyJet.com. You can get some really cheap tickets if you plan ahead and are willing to travel at weird hours.

your best guess might be on of the cheap carriers. I do not know if Virgin flies from PAR to BCN, but there must be other cheap carriers. They do fly to BCN from Brussels
