It us 624 euros per month (803.83 US dollar), if you work 40 hours in a week. So it would be 3.9€ one hour, that means 5.02 US dollars for one hour.

As of 1st January 2009, the minimum wage rate per month in Spain is 624 euros per month, based on a 40 hour week. So it's not very high, but for some people it's enough to get by comfortably!

as far as i know, they generally get paid monthly. not weekly or biweekly. my fiance lives there. he is a spanish citizen. he told me he has always gotten paid monthly.

you will find it extremely difficult to get a job in spain especially with current economic situations
i lived there 5 years and trust me they are very discriminative towards foreigners and the last thing they will do is give you a job
