It depends on your skills and sex. There is alot of work for anyone able to do general building and handi-man type work within the ex-pat community as most of them don't speak Spanish so would rather employ an English speaker. The same goes for cleaning work. There are alot of villas for rent with foreign owners who need cleaners to do the change overs.
Bar work is generally available but not very well paid.
English speaking mechanics are also in demand, again among the ex-pat community.,it is unlikely you will be able to get a job with a Spanish firm.
There is also quite a big demand for anyone who can teach English, especially if you have a TEFL certificate. |

Try and get work as a tour guide or a travel rep for a company of your own country. |

Get a job in British Bar or Restaurant or better still in a foreign Bar or Restaurant where you can attract British custom. Also same type of work in Golf Clubs. |

I agree with what people have said here, but I would also add that sometimes you can make money tutoring English. If you're a women, you can sometimes work as a nanny. Bartending can be an option too. Good luck. |

There is no way, people are trying to make a living and failing here, thats why over 100,000 left to go back to the UK last year alone! Unless you are spanish, then you have a very limited range of options, there is very little money around in Spain now and even fewer jobs |
