Ive been offered a holiday in malaga and have to pay for flights and spending money. But whats it like? im 18 and wouldnt mind a decent time in the sun. I dont think it will be special, but decent.
What are prices over there like? ie clubs and drinks....and are there any decent ones? and decent beaches/pools or people even?
Do you mean Malaga city or do you mean the area near Malaga. Torremolinos is very close to Malaga. Benalmadena and Fuengirola are also pretty close.
Prices in Malaga are still cheaper than say the UK. Drinks certainly are and huge measures compared to the UK.
There is much to see and do in the area. If you just want sun, beach and clubs then so be it, but if you get the opportunity to go inland from the coast, it is a wondrous place.

Malaga is a really nice Port town if you are ok with Spanish culture, if not you will need transport to get to popular "Brit" type pubs and clubs. I personally run a mile from Brit bars but depends what your expecting.
