According to their website at http://www.bcm-planetdance.com/ they only allow 18-year olds and older into the club. If you look young you may not be let in. Same goes throughout Spain. You have to be 18 to be served. BUT... if you LOOK 18 (or older) they'll likely serve you without checking I.D..
Not sure when you're going but they're only open from 1 May to 30 September, open everyday from 10:30pm to 6am. Wow! Entry costs between 20 and 40 Euros. Again, WOW!

my son went there 2 yrs ago when he was 19 so i just asked him. he said there were no checks and if they see foreigners walking down the street they try to get them to come in so it doesnt sound like u will have a prob.

I went to Spain when I was 13 earlier this year and I got served in quite a few bars and all restaurants, they're not strict at all, you should be fine!
