I went to Marbella on vacation by myself several years ago and stayed in Marbella. You will find NO shortage of nightlife. Puerto Banus was especially neat. Make sure you go to "Sinatras" in Puerto Banus. It's a famous small pub in the marina. That's a good place to start and then go to the discos later !!!

In summer, unbelievable (especially in the Puerto Banús area)... The rest of the year pretty good, except a bit less crowded... And if you get tired of Marbella you can drive off to Puerto Marina in Benalmádena Costa for a change!
