Seville. Lived there in college. Loved it. Great memories.
Most romantic and beautiful city in my experience. Wonderful people. Great atmosphere. HOT, but you learn to live with it.

Have to say Barcelona for its great central location with regards cheap flights around europe, close to Pyranese, also close to countryside, beaches, etc.
