When i go on holiday abroad im constantly bothered by bugs, spiders, insects ect...?

How can I stop this ruining my holiday? Im also worried when I go to sleep incase one crawls into my bed!

start drinking a teaspoon of cider vinegar in a glass of water everyday insects dont like the smell.and no, you wont smell like a chip bag... its also good for all sorts of ailments. there a book on vinegar, its brilliant. you'll be amazed. oh, you can also sweeten the vinegar water with a spn of honey. its not toobad, and if it stops those wretched bites.....

buy some avon skin so soft body oil ( the green one ) insects don't like it. The army use it when on tours to stop annoyance from beasties

I live in Spain and I don't get worried by bugs etc. We have things on the terrace like geckos but they are harmless.

for mosquito bites start taken antihistamine's before you go and that should help. you wont get them in your bed

I remember seeing the occasional little lizard, and a few cockroaches...we DID have a problem with mosquitos in Seville in the fall, but nothing too serious.

I like the cider idea. I carry the stuff with me for aches and pains - better for you than aspirin and faster!
