hi, its nice to know that you are travelling. Well, i would suggest you to first check out the government owned airlines' fares and then you can start comparing it with the other private airlines, search thoroughly on the internet, go to the main sites of the airlines operating in mexico as well as in europe, i hope you will get your best flight to madrid.
