One place that has all you want is Lanzarote island in Canary Islands.
ThereВґs a place with amazing beaches called Puerto del Carmen, which has an intense nightlife with discotheques, pubs, bars, chill outs, restaurants, live shows, music concerts all styles, etc.

During the day, you can dive in transparent waters, fly over the sea with parapent, windsurf, camel walks, bike, shopping all kind of things, fish or make excursions to the other islands.

I think if you are looking for Holiday with several activities look at Africa, particulary East Africa, choose Uganda and Kenya. In Uganda Gorilla Trekking is amazing while staying in great forest lodges, so natural.Check(royalwayholidays.com)
Kenya you can choose Masai Mara Park it has all the animals , flora would want to see and of course the astonishing lodges and hotels.

I would have to say Dublin, Ireland. It has a good nightlife and there's plenty to do in the day.

I really enjoyed Bulgaria. I went there on a low budget but was surprised at the high standards of hotels and services available, at very reasonable prices. The Bulgarian people are really pleasant, the beach was sound and there is definitely good nightlife. I have recommended Bulgaria to all my friends.
