Spain but take it slowly if you are fair skinned. Takes me about four days to turn light brown using factor 15 for body and 20 for face and using lip block factor 32. |

I don't tan, I only burn. It's very painful! the last time I got burnt was 3 weeks ago while having a BBQ and a water fight. My legs (which rarely see the sun were lobster-red after about three hours in the sun while staying near Wolverhampton on a course!

i use sunbed some times. but not often as it has many dangers...
i tan very quickly about half an hour in sunshine, i never burn....
my mum is south american so my skin tans easliy its great!
i feel so sorry for all u people who just burn, how depressing must the summer and going on holiday be! |

Wednesday. Took the day off from work and went to the pool. Tried to sunbathe for as long as I could stand the sun heat. We were in the pool about 4 hours, but no luck. My skin had the slightest hint of a darker tone. Nothing close to light brown, because that would need all noon in the sun. It had to be Wednesday cuz Ramadan was coming soon and I'd have less time and effort to go to the pool so early. Bad thing about that day: Had to walk around the whole club in my bathing suit cover-up and a t shirt, making me look pretty much dorky. Good thing: The water was like iceeeee and we went to have sheesha later that day! |

Every time I leave the house. It's still getting up to 105F here in Phoenix. If I do some gardening, it's 10-15 minutes outside & 45 minutes cooling off. Then repeat as needed. |

im not going on hols till xmas, but what im doing is once a week going on a small wattage sun bed, i still put sun block on so l dont burn and by the time i go ill have a tan, so will tan easier and wont burn. I dont really get a chance to sunbathe, working all the time. |

just down at the pool in Marbella, it is getting tooo hot now so I'm going to have lunch....it depends on your skin type but use a good sun cream and be sensible...couple of hours a day should get you a nice tan.. |
