We took the train from Barcelona to Valencia. We passed by a town called Tarragona and it looked so beautiful. It was right by the sea and all the houses seemed to be white, it looked really nice. Valencia was great, I think I liked it more than Barcelona, its a bit smaller but still as interesting. |

From Barcelona you can get a ferry to Palma de Mallorca. It is the capitol of quite an interesting island. There are mountainous areas, beaches, hiking paths, great restaurants, beautiful towns, a spectacular coast line and all the night life you could ever want. |

How about a going to Granada, Sevilla and then exploring the fantastic beaches of Costa del Sol?
My best friend and I are planning a similar trip in the winter and we plan to include Portugal's Algarve region. We hear there are great beaches and a fantastic night life. |

If I were you I will go north into France which is very close ,then visit Avignon and down along the Mediterranean .You have Nice,Cannes,St.Tropez and 2 more hours driving Monaco (up in the mountain) I did a couple of years ago and it was fascinating. edysetien@myway.com |

mallorca, menorca & ibiza... beach & sun
( in spring - summer, may, june july august...)
you can go to Bilbao, north, where you can go to hotel hesperia & visit the Guggenheim museum, I recommend it!!!
what about madrid??? there are some good museums, restaurans & hotels too |

GRANADA... the best weather, best tapas, best nightlife and the considered world wonder The Alhambra. You also have Sierra Nevada 30 minutes from here and you can go skiing there and have a great night life also. |
