How old are you?!?!
if you are older that 10 you should know that it is a country and that it is in Europe. Brazil is a country in South America. You can't have a country inside another country!
Spain is close to Portugal. Maybe you thought it was in South America because Spain had a lot of colonies in South America and now those countries speak Spanish, but Brazil was not one of them. Brazil was taken by Portugal therefore they now speak Portuguese as the national language. |

Spain is a country all its own on the other side of United States and Brazil. It is in a continent called Europe. Brazil is in South America.
Take a look at a world map.

The 1st answerer is completely right. Although, I am American, I believe a lot of Americans are truly ignorant. Despite their educational background, many of them are still lack of a better word DUMB. |

Brazil is in South America. Spain is across the Atlantic Ocean and considerably north from there, in Europe (just south of France). |

How old are you? And have you EVER looked at a map? Do you know how to search a map?
Spain is in EUROPE. It is a sovereign country of its own, and has been its own UNIFIED country (not counting the breakdown of the Roman Empire and the small kingdoms that ruled various parts of what is now Spain) for 400 years BEFORE Brazil even became a country! (it, too, was tribal territories).
In fact, they speak two different LANGUAGES in the two countries.
They speak Spanish in Spain.
They speak Portuguese in Brazil.
If you picked a fight with your friend, telling him that Spain was part of Brazil, then you owe him something like a dinner out!
That's incredible! |

Exactly how old are you? Hoe is that you don't know that??? Don't you people learn geography? I had to learn every country with their capital city and all the most important lakes, rivers, mountains, volcanoes.... and so on in the world.
Spain , look in a map, is in the south-west of Europe. The greenwich meridian cross the country. Just under france. And next to Portugal, which is not either in south america.
By the way, brazilians speak Portuguese not spanish. That could have given you a clue that it isn't there. |
