Costa De La Luz is probably cheapest.
but the best and most competive place to buy at the moment is the end of the Costa Del Sol.
around Almeria,Murcia,better weather,and this area will become alot more popular in 2 or 3 years as most of the rest of Costa Del Sol is now too built up.so many developers are looking round this area now.
if you get in quick you will make a very good return on property in the next few years!

Costa de la Luz if you are looking coastal, but anywhere in the mountains are cheap if you don't mind the travel to and from the coast. |
