The best nightclub in Barcelona is Pipa Club. Officially it's a club for pipe smokers (there are some strict local rules about who can run a club) but in reality it's the coolest club in the world - it's basically a converted apartment with a bar and a few pool tables stuffed in, and a lot of pretty interesting people from all over the world, many of whom speak English.
The location is Plaza Real, over in the left corner as you enter it (just off the Ramblas). It's open til late, but you'll be queuing all night unless you get there about 1am. Don't forget nowhere even gets going til about midnight. |

Most visitors stay in or near the Ramblas or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. * Segrada Familia - Gaudia unfinished matserpice of gothic architecture
* The Parc Guell - the best place to hang out for a lazy afternoon with friends
* The Font Magica, in the evenings after 8Pm at Plaza Espana metro, great hang out place with a bottle of beer or wine among friends
Plus take the cable car - fantastic views of the city below
Then the tourist hop-on, hop-of bus is great too!
