The main cash & carrys in Spain are Makro and Gros Mercat. I haven't seen olde British sweets in Makro though I must admit that it never occurred for me to look!
I've tried searching for "caramelos Ingleses" on google.es to see if there were any purveyors of such goods on the Iberian Peninsula but it seems that they aren't wholesalers. There were a couple of shops and places where you could order them on the web but no-one bringing them in to sell in shops.
I think you may find that you'll have to order them from the UK to bring to Spain or set up your own wholesalers!

You could try A quarter of .com they are based in the UK,but will mail order them to you.
Just got to their web site and you will find everything British sweets there.

I know of a shop in Spain that sells old fashioned British sweets.
It's in Benidorm, near the "Todo De Poco" shop opposite the Regente Hotel in the new town.
He has orders from all over Spain - seemed like a very lucrative business he had going on.
I just can't remember the name of the shop as he also sold other items.

I doubt if the man in Benidorm gets them here he probably gets them sent from the UK. Thanks to LisaH for reminding me about that shop in the Rincon near the Regente, I´ll go tomorrow and get some.

Why not email a few wholesalers in the UK and ask if they ship them here. Good luck
