Its a great place to visit with probably the best climate in Europe.

As a result of this it has been a major tourist destination for a very long time now. Becoming very popular in the 1970's and probably before.

Hence it is very well set up to handle the needs of tourists with plenty accommodation, restaurants and things to do to satisfy the needs of tourists.

The tourists come to Spain for the weather, cheaper cost of a holiday, cheap food & drink and it's a short flight from the UK & they feel safe.

I came to Spain to live for a better quality of life.

I'll give you some, but it would be the same for almost any place:

Party, beach, history, language, people, food, art, architecture, experience.

Maybe, if you want some details, you should go do a SEARCH for some information on WHY people go travel ANYWHERE.

It depends which part of Spain. Obviously the most popular place for tourists is southern Spain. Here are some reasons why they are so popular:

2. The weather. Because down South it is VERY sunny indeed, and very hot.
