i just heard on the radio that all fights are grounded until 3.30 (aint that aint even a definate)...they are even advising people not to even bother goin to the airport...goog luck tho x |

I think a lot of flights have been cancelled and people are being advised not to travel to the airport as it is chaos
But check with Easyjet and see what they say |

my friend is flying from malaga to Gatwick and she has phoned them to check flights. It seems british aiirways have been grounded but sofar all other flights are going, but be prepared for delays. |

Last I heard all europe flights before 3pm today (GMT) have been cancelled. |

Check the Gatwick departures board on the internet or phone the airline or phone the airport. The airline and airport staff will be doing everything they can do to get aircraft moving whilst maintaining the highest safety and security levels.
Please be patient with the staff, they'll be having a hard time of it today. |

they've just said on the radio that all flights leaving from gatwick and heathrow are grounded for now but the bbc are saying still turn up for your flights unless told other wise.
i'd ring easy jet they will know if you can get threw :-) |
