The cheapest airline to fly in Europe is Ryan Air. They do have a flight from Glasgow to Barcelona, Girona. Also try EasyJet, they normally have good deals as well.
From experience be careful with Ryan Air and weight limits. When ordering a ticket click the box for 20 kilos if that is what you plan on bringing. You cannot take that amount unless you pay extra once your at the gate.

You have a choice, depending on when you wish to travel.
Ryanair - the best prices with them, in the near future, are 16th - 20th September, at £57.99 or 23rd Sept., 26th Sept., 3rd Oct. & 7th Oct., all at £32.79. These fares all include taxes, are one-way and are from Prestwick to Girona.
If you are looking to go sooner, you could consider going from Glasgow airport to Barcelona.
Flyglobespan - Wednes. 29th August, price £44.99, or Mon. 27th, Tues. 28th & Thurs. 30th August, all at £54.99. Once again, all prices are inclusive of taxes etc., and are one-way.
Contrary to what others have told you Easyjet don't operate a direct flight to Barcelona airports from Glasgow. |
