Now we're all part of the great European family it's the same as going to work in Scotland. You will need to register for tax, and apply for your euro health card

you don't need a visa for anywhere in Europe, just a valid passport as proof of ID, everywhere else in Europe travel on their ID cards

Yup. If you are not from an EU country. EU citizens are legal to work in any other EU country, but anyone else needs a visa.

BANK??? What on earth do banks have to do with work elegibility? or Visas?

CatalanGuiri
Nope just your UK passport. you will need to register for a NIE (financial identifiation number) and for social security though. Your place of work will be able to advise you about the most convenient location for doing these things, and hopefully will help you with the paperwork!

weewilly will
If you are travelling within the European union no, Most other Countries yes.

Maddison
Depends on which country you are
going to..

...And which country you are starting out from...

?
If you hold a British Passport and are going to work in an EEA country then you do not require a visa.

zeel
or later u must be counting the number of iron bars in the jail

Beautiful -
you will need to speak with your bank and get all the facts from them

each back is different, some will charge you a very high rates to use your card aboard and others wont charge you anything

if you cant find the right deal for you then think about opening an account in the country that you want to stay in.. but you will need proof of address etc to do so.
