"Nou Camp" Stadium Barcelona FC ! Do you have any cheap accomodation suggestions please ?

I am seeking somewhere clean and reasonably priced to stay for 4 days near Barcelona FC's "Nou Camp" football stadium in the town of Collblanc (in the district of Hospitalet de Llobregat/Barcelona).

It would be ideal if the accomodation was within walking distance of the Collblanc Metro.

I've looked online and the hotels seem expensive £130 (200 euros) a night. My budget is around £40 (60 euros) a night.

I would be grateful for any good and sensible recommendations. Thanks in advance !

Very near to camp nou the cheaper hotel is LÁguer. You can book in this site http://www.dimehoteles.com/hotel-en-Barcelona-L-alguer-h2194.htm You book here and pay your book at hotel.

Have a look on this ite http://www.travelsupermarket.com/travelmerge/travelsearch.aspx?package=5 and then look at the map for each hotel that comes up to see how close it is to the Nou camp. To be honest, you just want a hotel near to a metro station and you will be fine, travel shouldn't take very long at all on the Metro

One good and cheap option would be a hostel (dormitory style) for about 20Euro a night.
Look at www.alberguinn.com . The Alberguinn is easy walking distance from the stadium.

Hostal Sants is right at the train station and has good deals

You might want to try one of the hostel/hotel booking sites for info

I always use www.hostelz.com , because they have links to the places websites

Not sure why you would want to stay in that area - quite a way away from the main sights bars beach etc.

I have stayed in various rated hotels in barca.

try Auto Hogar or Hotel Gran Via - good locations and fairly cheap.

Most visitors stay in or near the Ramblas or in the Gothic Quarter just to the east. This is a good base from where you can explore the city's sights by day including Gaudi's masterpiece, the unfinished Sagrada Família Cathedral, and Parc Güell in the north. Or maybe visit the 98,000 seater Nou Camp stadium the home of Barcelona football club.
