About Bern?
Will be in Bern from june 12 t o14. What to do? good and cheap places to eat.
Hate to repeat myself since a few days ago there was a similar question about Zürich, sorry. Eating cheap and finally not too bad is in the Restaurants of "Migros" and "Coop" (both are famous Supermarkets in Switzerland). Their food and of course prices are really OK! Since even a small sandwich (sold in the streets) can almost cost a fortune in Switzerland I'd rather go to a place like that (not so fancy but very clean and quite a good choice/many menues) in order to pay a "fortune" for a small bite to be eaten in the street!

Good advice - the cheapest place to eat in SWitzerland is at the Migros buffet. It will still cost you $20 - $30 USD though. Nothing is cheap. Cheaper yet is eat a donner kebab which may run you $8 USD or so. You can also find chicken stands, sausage stands, etc. They will run you anywhere from $7 USD and up. Splurge for chinoise fondue or fondue if it is still available...If you aren't Swiss, you have to eat fondue when you are there.
lalala :)
google it!
That will be your best bet!
