Try Sprungli Coffee Shop ... its gr8...and also Schuh chocolate shop opposite Hotel Metropole....also u can go from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch(mountain peqak at 11,333 feet...its gr8..has a two-three restaurants..ice palace .. shops selling watches and also some open space...youll have fun going thru the train till Jungfraujoch) and Mt.Schilthorn....they are quite near to Interlaken...
Also do visit Iseltwald and Beatenberg villages nearby Interlaken...As such there is nuthing to SEE in Interlaken but Interlaken is gr8...i fell in luv with it...
