Sex in public in Switzerland is it against the law?

beezpleeze
I'm pretty sure its against the law to have sex anywhere in places deemed to be public. Strange question to ask, are you planning on doing something kinky? It can be very exhilarating to have sex in any place where you're not supposed to, whether its in a park, in the backyard, or in the butt, it can have consequences if you don't take the proper precautions. Make sure its a place where children cannot be found, and where you can get away with it without anyone seeing you, though that may ruin the point to it. Try using a high balcony or roof, never in a car, its trashy and uncomfortable for your passengers. Do they have condoms in Switzerland? I hope so...

Jean-Paul J
As much as Americans perceive most of Europe as being a Bohemian heaven, Switzerland is most certainly not. The law states that you could be imprisoned for indecent exposure and breaking the peace. This could lead to a speedy expulsion from Switzerland following a quick trial and a kind request to never return again. You CAN have sex in public but do not expect the law to turn a blind eye.
