As much as Americans perceive most of Europe as being a Bohemian heaven, Switzerland is most certainly not. The law states that you could be imprisoned for indecent exposure and breaking the peace. This could lead to a speedy expulsion from Switzerland following a quick trial and a kind request to never return again. You CAN have sex in public but do not expect the law to turn a blind eye.
