If an international student gets a admission & student visa to Swiss, & after arrival if he does not like the unversity or if he thinks he cannot pay the remaining fees of the university, can he shift to another college & study there? Does a student VISA to Swistzerland has the University name printed on it?
no, it's up to you at which university you want to study. you can shift to another university whenever you want, in case you get a studying place there.
