They are pretty well known in Switzerland. Tokio Hotel is one of these things though a lot of people absolutely love but there were also a lot of anti-Tokio Hotel groups. There was a kind of war going on between the lovers and the haters (not physically, only on the internet). You can buy their CD's in any CD store and you would probably find some fan articles, too. And I remember them giving a concert in Zurich and I accidentally walked past the location. It was still four hours until the concert started but the hall was already full of screaming girls. I had to put my fingers in my ears, it was incredibly loud. Now the hype's somewhat over but I guess there are still pretty much fans out there.
