No you can't without a Schengen visa. Since Switzerland joined the Schengen zone the same provisions apply for Swiss than to the rest of the Schengen area. Visa or residence permits from non-Schengen countries do not waive the visa requirement.
So if you should not hold a passport of Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, USA, Uruguay, Vatican City, and Venezuela you will need a visa.
