How can I find a 2 bedroom apartment in Zurich for a 5 night stay with my family and in which area of Zurich?

I have small children (ages 6 and 10 years) and will be in Zurich for 5 days and will be arriving their from Paris via TGV train.

I have tried Hotels.com and similar sites but have not been able to find a two bedroom apartment for my short stay.

Can you please share any thoughts on which hotel suites or apartments I can stay during this 5 day visit? (my budget allow me to spend upto $250 USD per night). Or

Can you kindly suggest general area of Zurich where I should focus my search efforts? an area that is safe and convenient for the family.

from Switzerland's official tourism page:

http://www.myswitzerland.com/en.cfm/accommodation/apartments

just enter your search criteria. it might be difficult booking an apartment for only 5 days... most places want to rent out for at least 1 week. you can always contact the owners directly (after using the search) to see if they will accomodate you.

You should contact the tourism office of Zurich under
http://hotels.zuerich.com/english/

Perhaps they are able to help you

Have a nice day and good luck
K.

I suggest you avoid zurich it's expensive and I can't imagine you would get a even a reasonable nice small hotel room let alone and apartment for $250 USD a night.
