Yes, it is possible by high speed trains, there are several options.
The fastest trips takes between 7h 17 and 7h 54 and involves at least one train change at Paris between TGV and Eurostar.
You must do check in with Eurostar 30 minutes before board the train, so I suggest the 7h 54 trip, you have more time to connect.
To see the different options, go to http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en?ld=212.27&newrequest=yes& and put the details of your trip to see the timetable.
For purchase Eurostar tickets or look for prices, go to http://www.eurostar.com

Fly from Geneva to London with Easyjet. Depending on which day and at what time you can get there very cheaply. Flight takes about 70 minutes. www.easyjet.com
Otherwise by train it's possible, but long (about 8 hours) and probably more expensive. TGV from Geneva to Paris then Eurostar from Paris to London. You also need to change stations in Paris between Paris Lyon and Paris Nord.

I would definitely suggest EasyJet (www.easyjet.com). They have the cheapest flights. Traveling by train is more expensive and it takes longer.
