Its exactly like GOG said.
We have numbers, 1-6. (6 is the best, 1 the worst). In tests, the teacher can give us every grade he wants to. For example a 5.19. But in the school report, they'll round our grades (it's simple, a 0.24 will be rounded down and a 0.25 will be rounded up)...you are just able to get grades like this: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3........5.5, 6!
It's pretty hard to get a 6, it's almost impossible. Some teacher say: "I'll just pass out a 6 if the student is smarter than me".
But there are some people that get a 1. |

6 is perfect or very nearly perfect (depends on the teacher, some refuse to ever give a 6)
5 is very good, probably still equivalent to an A or at least A-
4 is good, about a B
3 is not good, a D or F
2 is really bad
I don't know if anyone actually gets 1s.
There are also partway marks, like 4-5 or sometimes 4.25 |
