Trains don't have a name. Look for the one that says Genf. There's actually one every half-hour but the nicer route is through Bern-Fribourg rather than Olten-Biel/Bienne. Should be worth the wait. Takes about 3 hours.
You can go to the ticket counter but it's also possible to buy a ticket on the train with cash or a credit card.
