go down, take the escalator down to the basement to buy your train ticket. the train station is right at the airport.

Goddess of Grammar
As others have said, Zurich Flughafen train station is downstairs in the airport. The main train station in downtown Zurich is called Zurich HB. When they announce it on the train in English, they call it "Zurich Main Station", in German "Zurich Hauptbahnhof", but it's always written Zurich HB.

(Don't take a taxi, that's ridiculous. There are few things that trains in Switzerland are cheaper than, but taxis in Switzerland are on the list!)

Lyn
"Flughafen" is the German word for airport. The trains are located on the airport's bottom level.

Zürich airports' own railway station is called Zürich Flughafen. The trip from Zürich HB to Zürich FLughafen takes about 10min. During peak times, there are 10 connections per hour, between 11pm and midnight there are still four, but between 0:10am and 5:00am there is none.

The station is located underneath the Airport..Starwalker has written the right thing ...For us Indians the best thing is to follow the sign Bahn ..... Bahnof is called station .... but am sure u ll not find any difficulty ...there are always people ardn to help...also u cud ask ur fellow passengers for any guidance...

doodlebug
The Flughafen train station is under the Zurich airport.
Just follow the signs...

Servette
You catch the train IN the airport. (Like in Geneva)
You don't have to look for it. There are signs all over in four languages.

the train station at the Flughafen is actually in a separate building though (the one that also houses the shopping mall). after you go through customs, you follow the exit sign (there's only 1 way out). then just look for the sign for "Bahn"... you'll have to exit the terminal building and walk across to the shopping building. the train platforms and ticket offices/counters are in the basement of that building.

Kollegekid
Use the map that the airport provides you. It is the best, most comprehensive map that you will need. This way, if you rent a car, you won't get lost.

However, I recommend using the taxi, since they are experienced and realiable. You will have no worries about getting to your destination on time.
