u will need to furnish your marriage certificate. better contact the swiss embassy yourself or ask your spouse to be, to do the needful. after that just follow the instructions u get from them. if he is a citizen there, it should not be too difficult for u.

The only variance that I know of is whether you are buying property.
When this is the story, you need a sponsor that has your property realty.
That means you belong to a standing existing property insurer to aid you.
Generally joining the Swiss country as a citizen will work, apply thru
the United Nations because Indians are charter members or through
advisors, it is very good to arrange your finance for investments now. Also
marriage in a Catholic faith or mission is very popular for childrens options.

whatever makes you happy

I hope you don't really mean you'll stay in a swiss, the swiss might not always be happy with that :p

You need to contact the Swiss Consulate nearest to you. All information regarding your situation will be available there.

A foreigner never has a right to Swiss citizenship. They have very strict rules, and only a very small percentage of people who apply for it are approved. Getting married in Switzerland, or marrying a Swiss citizen will NOT get you citizenship.
