There are direct flights from Mumbai to Zurich, check the fares directly with the airline "Swiss".

And the biggest provider for travelling from India to Switzerland is Kuoni - they organise trips far more reasonable than if planned individually.

Living and travelling inside Switzerland is very expensive, and there might be some issues about food as the habits are quite different from India - and on your own it could prove difficult to find what you need and like.

Anyway, welcome to Switzerland!

You can always do your pre-planning of flights and hotels on Travelocity or Expedia.

Call an airline would be my first guess at this one. Well you could call your local lottery ticket retail center. Or Wally World. You did say fly..Call one of the above that makes the most logical sense.
