Pizza
WHAT!!!

I'm not enough!

;(

Crying Pizza.... with everything................... and Martini ;(

brennaboo
I prefer to make up my own pizza with any of these toppings:
Marinara Sauce or Basil pesto(you can find in the store)
Any Cheese(My fav is feta with Motz)
Sun dried tomatoes
Fresh tomatoes
Artichoke
Fresh spinach leafs
Fresh Basil
Red Onion
Green, Red or Yellow Peppers
Mushrooms
Olives
Any kind of meat...

But here are a few recipes

Ham and Swiss Pizza

1 large boboli prepared pizza crust
10 ounces shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cooked ham
3 tblsp diced green onions
2 tomatoes
6 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tblsp prepared mustard

1. Heat oven to 375 F Blend prepared mustard with mayonnaise and spread onto pizza crust.
2. Top with cheese, ham, onions and tomatoes.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Tomato Swiss Cheese and Fennel Pizza

1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 pizza crust
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp fennel seeds
3 large ripe tomatoes, in 1/4 inch slices
1 tsp olive oil

1. Prehead oven to 500 F. Sprinkle cheese over crust. Sprinkle with oregano and fennel.
2. Arrange tomato slices, overlapping slightly, over cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake pizza about 12 minutes, until crust is golden.

Pizza with Swiss Chard and Bacon

1/2 pound sliced bacon
1 1/2 pounds swiss chard, tems and tough ribs removed, leaves cut into 1/2in wide ribbons(4 cups)
1/2 pound Fontina or mild provalone cheese shredded (2 cups)
salt and freshly ground pepper
Pizza crust

1. Preheat at 500 F. Cook bacon over high heat until browed and most of the fat is rendered, about 6 mins. Drain on paper towels and let cool, then break bacon into 1 in pieces.
2. Pour off all but 1 tblsp of the bacon fat from the skillet and heat until shimmering. IN a large heatproof bowl , toss the swiss chard with the hot fat. Add the bacon and half of the cheese, season with salt and pepper and toss well.
3. Spoon the swiss chard topping over the pizza, leaving a 1-in border of dough. Brush the boarder with the olive oil. Scatter the remaining cheese on top.
4. Bake for about 16mins or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Mushroom, Zucchini and Swiss-cheese Pizza

The mushrooms and zucchini that top this pizza can be grilled instead of sauteed.

1 pizza crust
3tblsp olive oil
1 zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into thin slices
1 pound mushrooms, sliced thin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh-ground black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 pound swiss cheese,grated
1cup dry white wine
1/4 grated Parmesan

1. Heat oven to 425 F.
2. Meanwhile, in large nonstick frying pan, heat 1 tblsp of the oil over moderately high heat. Add the zucchini and cook, stirring occasionally, until almost tender, about 3 mins. Transfer to a small bowl. Heat the remaining 2 tblsp of oil in the same pan. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and thyme and cook, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are golden, about 5 mins.
3. Return the zucchini to the pan, add the wine , and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and all the wine has evaporated, about 5 mins more.
4. Spread the vegetable mixture on the pizza crust. Sprinkle each with swiss cheese and Parmesan and bake until the cheese melts, about 10 mins.

The swiss aren't really know for pizza, it's the italians. If you want a swiss type of pizza, put swiss cheese (preferably emmentaler), ham and onions on.

Smutty
Pizza don't cry, we still love you. the only reason Tatiana is trying a different pizza is to learn to appreciate you.
