the jungfrau is beautiful but expensive. As long as you don't mind the price I'd go there

It is pretty costly to visit jung frau. If you really dont mind the cost. go ahead. As the same time, zermatt is usally famous for skiing. But there are other places which are equally good. It depends on your budget and your place of interest.
You will be taking the steepest cogwheel train to reach jungfrau which is going to astonishingly thrilling.

Jungfrau is beautiful. Take the train from Interlaken and it will take you to the top of the mountain. Nice restaurant there.
Beautiful for pics. Snow all year around.

Zermatt is more touristic, It is a village. Matterhorn does not have any transportation. Expensive during high season.
