It's 'knoepli.' A type of boiled dumpling.
Flour, milk, water, eggs, butter, and some spices.

It;s somewhat like we eat in Norway called liefsa which is flour and milk and butter caked bread that goes with lutafish ;which is a dried fish that we put in water to plump it and cool it again.It;s a taste you have to get used to as i did,we still have it here in the us for thanksgiving, |
