By train of course.

Swiss people say: "Der Kluge reist im Zuge" ,which means "The smart one travels by train"...

Our trains and our railway system is fantastic. In Switzerland, people usually don't take the bus unless in the city.

sbb.ch is the official website for the Swiss railway system. Now, depending on where you´re going in Interlaken makes a difference. There are many different "interlaken" stops to choose from, so it´s best to know which one you want. I don´t think there´s a bus that goes from Interlaken to Zürich, though.

Probably there is no bus that links Interlaken and Zurich...but you can always go from train(and thats the best thing in Switzerland). By bus it may take a lot of time but with train you'll save time...just 1.5 hrs(approx.)
