No, Geneva is not the Swiss capital. Switzerland does NOT have a capital! The government/parliament is located in Bern, the so called "Bundesstadt" which functions as a capital, but so far the Swiss haven't yet decided about it - and maybe won't ever...
Switzerland is surrounded by France, Italy, Austria, Germany and Liechtenstein. |

No.
Berne is the capital. (Spelled Bern in its local language, German.)
Switzerland is bordered by Italy, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, and Austria. If you were reading a map from left to right, I guess you'd say Austria was "next to" Switzerland. |

I think Bern is the capital city. It's surrounded by Germany to the north, Austria to the east, Italy to the south and France to the west. |
