She's 15 and lives in Switzerland, and England (don't ask, it's terribly confusing :D). I'm in the US and I want to send her something small, not really expensive, and something ...
I'm sorry, let me re-phrase... I'm moving to switzerland, this is not a fantasy or a "Dream"... I'm going to do it, and my deadline is 2 months... How do I go about ...
April is a "hot" month to visit since the weather can be pretty bad. It also depends where in Switzerland eg Lugano/Locarno in the italian part of it can be fine.

It's a perfect time of the year to travel. Depending on the area that you visit the weather can be more than 20 degrees differentials. By Lugano the weather will be more temperate. By Gstaad it will be colder or even snowing.

If you have a choice, May would be better.
Mid April tends to be cloudy, cool to cold, and rainy.

Last April was one of the hottest months of the year because of the funny climate that we have around the world. It really depends...

Really it's up to you personally when i go to swizerland in the summer or winter (for skiing and visting with relatives) since it does tend to get rainy. Really though you can't say cause some years part of swizerland still had snow while other it was almost 30 degrees. It also depends on where abouts your going if your going in the south good tie and in the north (near zurich) i think this year would be a good time since they sddidn't havet ha t much snow this year!!! Hope it helped!!
