There are cigarette vending machines in almost every restaurant. Just enter and get your smokes. Outdoor vending machines are very rare exept at train stations. There you can find snack machines that sell food, smokes and condoms.

I also suggest going to train stations. Either that or resturants. Only ones I can think of.

i dont think theres a site, but it is guaranteed that you can buy them from any bar, club, restaurant and in all newspaper shops and kiosks.
