When I went to Switzerland we found a very high percentage of English speaking people. We went to Basel, Davos and Chur.

Geneva - because of many UN agencies' headquarters you'll find lots of English speakers there

Any of the larger cities, or tourist areas will have a lot of people
that speak English. These include Zurich, Luzern, Interlaken,
Geneva, Bern, Zermatt, St. Moritz, etc.

Swiss is divided into german, french, and italian speakers because of its geography, i couldn't imagine why a certain city should have more english speakers, but because of the high education level, you should be able to find them everywhere

geneva without a doubt. simply due to fact that it is the home of all major international organizations. very cosmopolite society, lots of diplomats and lots of major companies have their regional HQ in geneva as well (P&G) for example, plus also many international schools for this community,
