If you go to the alps you can find snow all the time, in zermatt and saas fee you can even ski in summer on the glaciers. In February there is usually a lot of snow in the alps, it can be there is no snow in lower parts of the country, which is somwhere around 300-500 Meters above sealevel.
If you come over for a skiholiday you will have the choice of a lot of skiresorts.
