Morges, Switzerland?

What can you tell me about a holiday in Morges and Lausanne?
Do you know of any self catering apartments in Morges? I've looked everywhere on the internet.

Morges is a small and very pretty village on the shores of Lake Geneva. It is small and for a holiday you will get quite bored very soon. There are no self catering apartments in Morges as it is not really a holiday village, just passers by and students from the near Lausanne university.
You will be better off in Lausanne as it is a bigger city that offers a lot culturally and is close to Montreux to.

Go to Morges on a Saturday morning (before 10am) for the local Market - this is great and gives you a good feel of village life...

Enjoy

Why would you go there on holiday lol? it's tiny and there's nothing to do. :p
Go to Geneva and you can easily spend a day in the Nyon/Morges/Lausanne/Montreux(much nicer than Morges) area.
