Interlaken is about two hours train ride from Zurich airport. From there it takes approx. another 1/2 hour to get to the ski resorts. Grindelwald can definitely be recommended. The scenery is spectacular, accommodation is reasonable and you have a wide choice of ski slopes.

Hiya.
Hmm, My favourit is Saanenmöser, but if you tend to go there, you'd rather go to Gstaad. Gstaad is a fantastic place for skiing. Unfortunately it's pretty expensive. If you go by train you need around 4h to go to Gstaad. For Saanenmöser you need around 3 and a half hour.

Meiringen is another place you should check out. To go there you need around 2 and a half hours.

Maybe you've heard about the "Titlis"? It's another well known resort in CH. Engelberg would be your place to stay. You need between 2 and a half and 3 hours.

Adelboden / Lenk is the other one I could highly recommend. You need almost three hours to go there

These are my four favourites.

Pizol is one of the cheaper ones and it's quite close to Zurich Airport. It's not the best though, unless the weather is perfect.

Grindelwald is really nice, we rented an apartment there right on the slopes for about 500CHF for the week (I don't know what that is in SGD). Or check out Davos, Flims, Laax, and Arosa, they're near St. Moritz but normally cheaper.

Close to the Airport?? Ha Ha! Have you ever looked how big Switzerland is? You are always close to the Airport, compared with AUS distances! Go in a Hotel in Chur, that's in the mountains, and public transport in Switzerland is superb!
