William Tell (Willhelm Tell) is probably the most famous one.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Tell

There are others folktales re the founding of Switzerland, like:

- Rütlischwur (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%BCtlischwur)
- Winkelried (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winkelried)
- etc.

Besides these there are a lot of "normal" folktales. Every Region has its own. E.g. the founding of the cities, lost souls that have to atone for their sins, etc.

In Swiss German "Swiss folktales" are called "Schweizer Sagen". Just look it up on Google.
