Look here for pictures of all the coins and banknotes of Switzerland: http://www.snb.ch/en/iabout/cash
BTW: The correct international abbreviation of the Swiss franc is Sfr. or as being said by GOG CHF. However, in every day's life the abbreviation goes like this: 100 Fr. or 100.-- Fr. (for a hundred Swiss francs).
Swiss franc in German: "Franken" and "Rappen"
Swiss franc in French: "franc" and "centime" (francs and centimes in plural)
Swiss franc in Italian: "franco" and "centesimo" (franchi and centesimi in plural)
Swiss franc in Raeto-Romansh (the fourth Swiss language): "franc" and "rap" (francs and raps in plural) |

The subdivisions of the Franc are called centimes in French and Rappen in German. (don't know for Italian, centimi, maybe) In my experience, in English they are called rappen in the German part of Switzerland and centimes or maybe cents in the French part. The smallest is 5 rappen.
No symbol, you can abbreviate it S.Fr. or CHF. |

The Swiss Franc's subdivisions are called "centimes" in the French-speaking areas, "Rappen" in the German-speaking areas, "Centesimi" in the Italian area and "Rap" in the Romansh-speaking areas.
There are 100 centimes to a Franc, with coins of 5, 10, 20 and 50 Centimes (there used to be 1 and 2 centimes but they are no longer legal tender).
There are then coins of 1, 2 and 5 francs, and notes of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 1000 Francs. The notes all feature famous Swiss of the arts (Le Corbusier, Giacometti etc.)
The Swiss Franc can be shown in many ways. Officially, the Swiss Franc symbol is CHF (for Confoederatio Helvetica Franc) but the abbreviation Fr. or Sfr. is used. Often retailers simply write prices as 15.— (for example).
Hope this helped,
