If I remember rightly from when we where the you will only get discounted fares for Bernese Oberland Railway or Jungfrau railway, but will cover you for Bern or Zurich form Interlaken(OST). Go in any railway station with your passes and they will reserve seats for you.
If you go on www.myswitzerland.com you will get all the info there. Also think 15% disc if buying two together. Use to be anyway.
