Well and truly north of the Tropic of Capricorn. This tropic runs around the Southern Hemisphere - Switzerland is located in the Northern Hemisphere. Since the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer circumnavigate the globe, it's impossible for any country to be west of them.

As the Tropic of Capricorn goes horizontally (i.e. East to West or West to East) around the world, nothing can be East or West of it.
This means that Switzerland must be North of the Tropic of Capricorn, which is in the Southern Hemisphere.
