Travelling to Switzerland, need advise on my plan.?

I need some advice.
My plan is
19th dec - arrive late night at Geneva
20th dec - See Lake Geneva region, night at Zurich
21st dec - See Zurich and Lucerne,night at Luzern
22nd dec - Travel to Lugano/Locarno, night back at Luzern
23rd dec - Skiing in LAAX, night at Chur
24th dec - Glacier Express from Chur to ZERMATT, Night at Interlaken
25th dec - Rigi/Titlis, Night at Interlaken
26th dec - Grindelwald and Jungfrau, Night at Interlaken
27th dec - See Berne and transfer back to Geneva and fly back to UK

My Questions:

1. Any suggestions on skiing at LAAX and staying at Chur, can this be done in 1 day. Is this resort beginner friendly
2. Can i take the glacier express from CHUR, or it is rather worth doing it from St Moritz
3. My 3 nights at Interlaken, any suggestions, i love the alps, so should i instead change slightly and do SAAS FEE or ZERMATT on Christmas day and then transfer to Interlaken(Is the transportation ok in Switz on Christmas eve and Christmas day).
4. When at Interlaken, apart from Jungfrau, what other places would i be able to visit in 2 days(Jungfrau included in 2 days).
5. Which is better Lugano or Locarno, or should i just spend one more day at LAAX instead ?

Yes i have booked all my hotels, could you please suggest me places to visit and may be things i could do and avoid with based on my current plan. May be you could help answer my questions, also could suggest your plan, i shall try and see if i could change my plan.
